We choose to use Aqualyx fat reducing injections. This contains Deoxycholan-acid, known to have an impressive fat dissolving effect on targeted areas. It’s a safe and permanent solution, which takes around 30 minutes to administer. Most people are good candidates for this treatment, but there are some exceptions which will be discussed at your consultation.
Fat reducing injections are versatile. They can be used in many areas of the face and body, including the chin, cheeks, arms, hips, thighs, buttocks and stomach. Your consultant will discuss the number of treatments you require, in order to get the very best results. How Long Does It Take For Dissolving Injections To Work?
Following your procedure you can expect some swelling around the treated area. It will take around 4-6 weeks to see results, and you may require more than one treatment to get the best results. These will be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart, to allow for full recovery between treatments.

What Can I Expect During The Treatment?
Your consultant will determine how much Aqualux needs to be used to treat the chosen area. They will recommend the number of treatments you require before beginning the process. A cannula will be passed through the fatty layer of the area to be treated, after which Aqualux is deposited into the tissue, allowing the fat dissolving process to begin.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?
This will differ from patient to patient. Some areas will require more treatments than others, but most clients can expect to undergo 2-4 sessions, with 4-6 week intervals. Before you begin any treatment you will have an in depth consultation to determine the correct course of treatment for you.
