Refund Policy
Re-enhance Ltd strives to make our treatment accessible to all clients which become even more affordable when clients decide to take advantage of our discounted pre-paid packages. Therefore, while refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law (for example if our service or product is faulty), we do not refund for change of mind or change of circumstance. We are confident you will be provided with the best treatment based on your initial consultation.
In circumstances when a client cannot continue treatment for any reason, they may redirect their prepaid package towards other treatments at re-enhance Clinics or transfer to a nominated friend or family member.
Pre-paid packages and treatments are only refundable for medical reasons where it is not safe to continue due to contraindications. Approval will only be given upon receipt of a medical certificate. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
If a customer purchases a package or treatment online before coming to re-enhance Clinics for a consultation, and a re-enhance Clinics therapist subsequently concludes (based on a consultation) that the customer is unsuitable for treatment (e.g., due to medical history or hair type), re-enhance Clinics agrees to refund the package purchase.
We also respectfully encourage all our customers to have realistic expectations of the results of a treatment. We encourage you to discuss expected results with your therapist before commencing a prepaid package with us.
Deposit Policy
Re-enhance Ltd request that all appointments with a value <£300 leave a £50.00 refundable deposit when booking an appointment. If the client does not show up for an appointment or cancels outside of the cancellation period (see cancellation policy) the deposit will be none refundable.
For appointments with a value >£300 a £100 refundable deposit will be required.
Deposits can be used against the costs of a treatment and are fully refundable if enough notice is given before cancelling any appointments (see cancellation policy). For clients wishing to cancel or move their appointment, they must contact the clinic before 10 am on the day prior to the appointment booking. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
Booking treatment off a pre-paid treatment package does not require a deposit. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us no later than 10 am the day before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient
Cancellation Policy
Re-enhance Ltd respectfully requests that clients give at least 48-hour notice when they need to cancel an appointment. If less notice is given, the cost of a prepaid treatment session will be forfeited or a pre-paid deposit taken. If clients are unable to attend their appointment, they must contact their local clinic immediately on the local clinic contact number, which can be found on our clinic pages. Clients who wish to cancel any appointment must do so by 10 am on the day before their appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before 10 am on the preceding day will result in the loss of the treatment from your treatment package or deposit being redeemed.
